How do I report a bug?

Email us at the address above. Include:

I purchased "Remove Ads" but still see ads

Try restoring your purchase: go to Settings within the app and tap "Remove Ads" — your purchase should be restored automatically. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID email and approximate purchase date.

My progress was lost

Mekanix saves progress locally on your device. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, local data is removed. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your progress. iCloud backup may restore some data depending on your device settings.

How do I disable ads?

You can purchase "Remove Ads" from the Settings screen in the app. This disables interstitial ads. Rewarded ads (like "Watch Ad to Revive") are optional and only appear when you choose to use them.

What devices are supported?

Mekanix requires iOS 18.0 or later and is optimized for iPhone. An iPad version may be available in a future update.

How do I adjust accessibility settings?

Go to Settings within the app. You can enable Colorblind Mode (adds dash-pattern outlines to mechanic telegraphs) and adjust Screen Shake intensity from full to completely off.
